COVID-19 Updates

please contact us to reschedule your appointment if you have symptoms associated with COVID-19, have recently tested positive for COVID-19 or have recently been in contact with someone known or suspected to have COVID-19.

This is what you can expect at your next appointment:

When you arrive, you will call or text us to check in.

We will ask you some screening questions. We will reschedule your appointment if you are symptomatic or at risk. We do not charge any fees for rescheduling

We will ask you to clean your hands when you enter the office.

Please remember to give other patients space.

Once your hands are clean, we will take your temperature.

We will kindly ask you to reschedule if you have a temperature over 100 degrees.

Then you’re ready for your scheduled appointment!

It may be a good idea to bring an extra layer to stay warm during your visit. The building temperature may be brisk, because our providers will be wearing an extra layer themselves.

 

Please contact us if you test positive for COVID-19 within 2 days of your visit.

 

Infection control has always been a high priority for our practice. In addition to our standard precautions:

  • Our team members have paid sick leave and stay home when they are sick.

  • You may notice that we have installed new ventilation fans and air purifiers in each patient room, as well as MERV 13 filtration throughout the office.

  • Only patients with a scheduled appointment may enter the office.
